Sakura-Cherry blossoms
Yesterday I finished composing a short piano piece
"Sakura-Cherry blossoms"for the concert on April 26th.
It's so beautiful.
You can listen the music now! It is my portal site music for a while.
The piece was uploaded to YouTube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzZYzcs9s6E&feature=channel
About the piece "Sakura-Cherry blossoms":
I had lived in Japan until April 2002 before I came to the USA.
As a Japanese who loves cherry blossoms, when spring is coming, my mind becomes more sensitive than any other seasons.
I expect and enjoy seeing cherry blossoms and look for flowers wherever I am.
Want to see more and more flowers before they dissipate into the ground as if cherry-colored droplets stained the ground into fragile pink and passed the torch to green leaves on branches and twigs.
"Sakura-Cherry blossoms". They just bring sweet memories.

BREAK!!!!/Irish soda bread
After the performance on 12th, got a spring break till mid April.
I am going to perform "Mirror by Ravel" in April, but I have a break
till then. Great!!!!
I would like to jot down my favorite bread recipe today.
It is very easy to make. Don't need to use yeast, butter and egg.
The essential ingredients are flour, baking soda, soy milk and vineger.
I can even bake this bread in the morning when I have a performance on the day.
Irish soda bread
*Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup nuts
2/3 cup soy milk
2 Tbsp vineger
*Method
1: Preheat oven to 400°
Sift together flour, the sugar, raisins, nuts and baking soda into
a large mixing bowl.
Pour soymilk and vineger.
2: Mix just until moistened.
Transfer dough to a baking sheet.
3: Bake about 35-45 minutes.
The point are:
Preheat oven.
Don't mix dough so much. Put it into a oven immidiately.
